7 nights minimum on occupancy of 10 persons. An additional
$10.00 per person per night per guest in addition to 10 will be
assessed. Occupancy less than 7 nights will still be charge the
same rates. Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice.

How to make a reservation

1. Call or email Consuelo to confirm your dates and rates.

2. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation with
forms for your      signature.
3. Please pay via credit card for your $250.00 (weekly reservation)
and $500 (monthly reservation) reservation/damage deposit and
email or fax the signed “Rules and Regulations” and “Confirmation
Letter” within two days to reserve your dates.

4. Advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days
before your arrival. The balance plus $125 cleaning fee is due 30
days before your arrival date.

Residence Details

This home is located in Johnson's Ranch, a community that
feature 18 hole championship golf course, golf clubhouse & pro
shop, views of the San Tan Mountains, recreation centers,
Sandlot/playgrounds, picnic pavilion/ barbecue, lighted tennis &
basketball courts, shade armadas, open spaces and
neighborhood pocket parks.

Brand New home with a golf course backyard and a private
swimming pool! It’s situated on the 6th hole of Johnson’s Ranch
18 hole Championship Golf Course.

See the groomed golf course from the Master Bedroom Suite,
with a king size bed. All bedrooms have walk in closets!

The loft is furnished with futon sofa bed, full computer access,
DVD’s, books to read and much more.

Johnson Ranch Activities and Amenities

Queen Creek offers a place for you to enjoy great outdoors. You
can hike or ride a horse into the mountains and across the trails
into the countryside.

If you want more relaxing activities, you can take a stroll around
Johnson Ranch and view the San Tan Mountains and the
Superstition Mountains to the Northeast while enjoying the
dynamic Sunset.

Four 18-Hole golf courses are available within the Queen Creek
area.

One of the Arizona’s largest shopping malls, Superstition
Springs Center is about 21 miles from the Chalet.
