Policies for
Lake Tahoe


$1000 damage/reservation deposit due within 7
days of booking the reservation to reserve your
dates

Damage/reservation deposit is fully refundable
within 14 days of departure provided the
provisions stated on the “Policies” are met.

50% of the rental rate (advance payment) is due
60 days before arrival.

Balance of rent plus cleaning fee and 10%
South Tahoe tax is due 30 days before arrival.

A 60-day notice is required for cancellation
without penalty.

For monthly renters, reservation cancellation is
120 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation or changes that result in a
shortened stay forfeit the full advance payment
(50%) and damage/reservation deposit.

Upon arrival you will find soaps, toilet paper and
paper towel, coffee, tea cream and sugar. You
may want to bring or plan on locally purchasing
additional supplies to last your entire stay.

Telephone lines allow unlimited local calls but
will require calling card to place long distance
calls.

Lumanta in the form of traveler’s check, bank
money order, cashier’s check or personal check.
